Nick Bennet is a rockstar salesman, and Emmet Gaude in finance was incredible to work with. I felt no pressure at any time, and they bent over backward to earn my business and accommodate me--I never set foot on their lot as they even delivered the truck to my home and allowed me to sign my documents at my kitchen table due to my disability. Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM: These people should not be in business, seriously don't bother with these folks as they are total scammers. I made a deal with them on a ram 2500 they took my credit application Friday, Saturday 1130 am called me and said we had a deal we will work on paperwork. Very Bad Experience. Went to purchase a Car and the sales person was absolutely unprofessional. Sales person was extremely rude and called us liar when I told him that I don’t want the reconditioning fee, he said every dealer has that and I explained to him that not true. He called me liar. My salesman Rob was very easy to work with and not pushy at all. While the vehicle I leased wasn't available at the time they were able to get me a similar vehicle to test drive. The trade process was easy and painless. They were able to get me a loaner vehicle until my new vehicle was ready for pickup. The purchase process was fairly painless as well. AIRPORT Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram charges 1135 for a reconditioning fee. They do NOT perform the services or recondition the vehicles, it is simply a way to make more money. When confronted due to their negligence causing health issues, they offered a refund but only if I signed away complete legal rights to my truck. I did nothing wrong yet I have to sign something to get a refund. Will be contacting local news outlets and a lawyer.

I recently had a disappointing experience with [Dealership Name]. In 2022, I purchased a Jeep Gladiator along with an extended warranty from them. A year later, I decided to sell the vehicle and went to the dealership to cancel the extended warranty. The finance manager assured me that I would receive a refund of $2,000.00. However, it's been three months since, and I haven't received any refund. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, my calls are either unanswered or not returned. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when considering purchasing a vehicle or warranty from this dealership."

I bought my car a few years ago and just found this website, this dealership knew I was a first one buyer and took full advantage of me and tacked on over $10,000 in extras and fees so my $21,000 Jeep renegade at the time cost me over $30,000. They also had me sign a no return policy and left me completely oblivious and didn’t mention anything about that to me. On top of all that the car was rusting on the bottom that I didn’t notice until I got home and inspected it myself and they did nothing about it.

Call to have 60k mile inspection and maintenance accomplished. Mike told me that Jeep recommends.that transfer case oil (at 60k) and differential oil (at 40k) needs to be changed. On 10/28 I had an appointment at 1045am for service on my Jeep with advisor Karibe. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am to allow for time and convenience for myself and service department. Took my ram to have the oil changed and refused the coupon I had and I needed the tires rotated and balanced they couldn't even balance the tires properly, I had to take it else where to get the tires balanced correctly . "I defentley "will not go back" to that dealer

What a mess. We purchased a new Jeep Compass an it wouldn’t start within 72 hours. The radio and Bluetooth have been replaced 3 times and it is not functioning again. I have a case with Jeep and they are doing nothing.Right now we are driving with no Bluetooth, radio and some safety features which don’t work.

Horrendous experience! My husband and I bought a used car from Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and everything that could go wrong has gone wrong.
