    If you absolutely throw the book at it, ordering the 300 Luxury Series with all-wheel drive, the Dr. Dre mega-audio system and the optional safety package, you still can't break $50,000, the Wall Street Journal said. The Chrysler sort of defines its own segment: Want a big American rear-drive luxury car under $50,000? the Journal said.

    Chrysler 300 still turns heads, The Associated Press, Dec. 28

    The Chrysler 300 flagship sedan offers style on a grand scale and a roomy interior reminiscent of the big American sedans of yesteryear, the Associated Press said. Revamped over the past two years but still using the same rear-wheel-drive platform, the Chrysler 300 seems like a new, full-size sedan, the AP said.
